Shipping Information: All items sold FOB Florida unless they are new then they ship from mfg. As a courtesy we will charge you for shipping from mfg- you are responsible for all shipping costs and they must be paid before shipment of new item. On used items, payment for freight and uninstall/ tear down and build to be paid directly to freight company. We are not responsible for discrepancy in shipping weights/ additional charges by shipping company. In case of hurricane in Florida, shipping may be delayed. Local Pickup: We love local pickup; however, some of our items are shipped from the manufacturer & therefore unavailable for local pickup. There is no charge for local pickup; however we ask you call ahead so we may have your item ready to go. Insurance/ Loss: We suggest you purchase optional shipping insurance; One Fat Frog is not responsible for performance of carrier or item condition once it leaves. Filing loss & damage claims with freight carrier sole responsibility of customer. Always open item at delivery- note on bill of lading, report to carrier’s claims & driver before they leave. Refrigeration/ coolant: as solder ages it becomes brittle & may break during transit causing leakage- requiring simple repair. Unclaimed items/ Storage: All items are to be picked up within 7 days from close of sale. Items not picked up within 7 days may result in refund and item being resold. New items: may be drop shipped from mfg’s warehouse. Many of these items ship within a week of order; if there is a back order we will notify you of this.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All used items are available for local preview- please call ahead and we can have it plugged in and running for your arrival. On new items, manufacturer’s warranty comes with item; returns may be subject to restocking fee of 35%. On used items, we will list what we know about the item; you may also call us or write us should you want more information. We assume customers are familiar with items & understand uses- no warranties, no refunds express/ implied, for merchantability/ fitness for particular use. Be sure you have all questions answered before buying: packing/ shipping charges, & terms of sale. All sales final and sold as is/ where is/ no refunds. When purchasing used items expect it reflects wear, tear & use; we recommend all items be resanitized & cleaned upon installation. When noted, new items come with manufacturer’s warranty.

One Fat Frog accepts paypal, Visa/ MC/ Discover/ Amex via website & Visa/MC/Discover over the phone and cash in person, & USPS money orders. Checks, cashier’s checks and money orders will also be accepted but check must clear before item is released/ shipped. We offer commercial finance & lease rental plans through Direct Capital for new & used equipment; this financing can include freight. 7% sales tax for items shipped/ invoiced to FL. Resale certificates & coupons must be provided at payment.
