This used refrigerated chef base features four-drawers with a one-piece cabinet top. The length of this refrigerated chef base is 72 3/8″, the height measures 20 3/8″, and the width measures 32 1/8.” The refrigeration system holds 33 to 38 degrees fahrenheit and is an oversized, environmentally friendly forced-air refrigeration system. The cabinet top of this used refrigerated chef base is made of heavy-duty reinforced stainless steel. It can hold up to 1,084 pounds and features a drip resistant “V” edge that protects against spills.
