What is the difference between Rack and Conveyor washers and why would you need one or the other in your commercial restaurant, bar or coffee shop? In the “good old days” every restaurant had a conveyor system. You remember it, chances are you operated it at some point. Rack systems were usually used at smaller places because folks just thought they were inferior and couldn’t handle a real workload. Today’s high-temperature rack machines are anything but that anymore. They are definitely something you should think about from a cost angle, too. If you have a good clean table then one person can operate the rack system and this is a money savings too!
