QUICK TIP Chocolate soft serve gelato raw cocoa powder

Adding Flavor to your soft serve, gelato and ice cream is an important part of the process- here’s our quick tip of the day:  Watch out when you flavor your ice cream, soft serve ice cream or gelato ice cream with RAW cocoa powder.  Some health departments will not allow you to do this; additionally you may find that the cocoa powder does not often dissolve to a nice consistency.  This is true with any chocolate frozen dessert.
