RECIPE: Soft Serve Ice Cream Yogurt sugar-free diabetic

This guide will serve to be a compendium of popular, gourmet & exotic soft serve and frozen yogurt recipes for use in Electro-freeze, Sani-serve, Taylor, Stoelting and other commercial restaurant soft serve frozen yogurt machines.  Special thanks to One Fat Frog Commercial Restaurant Equipment for compiling this resource.  This soft serve ice cream guide is in-the-works, please bear with us as this guide grows.

Upsell, upsell, upsell.  These unique treats are great for your business- be it mobile concessions or brick and mortar drive-through.   Diversify- try them as a special before adding them to your menu.  They’re great for birthdays, parties or just because treats!

Of course any of these recipes can be easily modified for diabetic/ sugar-free diets or use with soft serve yogurt or custard.

Ice Cream Pizza

Crust is made of cake brownie or other fun cake-like vanilla, strawberry
Smooth your choice of soft serve ice cream over the to of the crust
Top with your choice of toppings- try gummy bears, oreo, m&m’s, fresh fruit, canned fruit, marshmallows, or other great mix-ins like jelly-beans, life savers or
Cut pizza into desired slices and package/ box
freeze pizza until desired time to serve

Soft Serve Banana Split

Use bananas or hotdogs (just kidding)

use different varieties of soft serve or frozen yogurt.

  • Soft Serve Rootbeer Float
  • soft serve ice cream sandwiches – for a cool variation use m&m chocolate chip cookies or sugar cookies and sprinkle skittles in the treat before putting on the second cookie
  • soft serve fruit surprises (freeze fruit slices in soft serve, can change this up with gummy bears)
  • soft serve snowballs- sprinkle with coconut shavings, chocolate shavings, freeze and dip in chocolate or caramel
