Quick Tip: Freezing your cake before icing bakery

  • First.
    • Store in freezer up to five days until you’re ready to decorate
  • Second.
    • Set temp of freezer between 7 and 14 Fahrenheit
  • Third.
    • Know that the appropriate temp freezer ensures cakes don’t dry out
  • Fourth.
    • Also know that the appropriate temperature freezer ensures cases don’t shrink in size
