This year’s Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show features several events to educate and entertain attendees. One Fat Frog will be at the JLA Equipment Distributors booth all three days of the show and we’ll be taking in every special event we can fit in!

Here’s a brief rundown of some of the features and highlights at this year’s show:

• 40th Anniversary Celebration: party and prizes.

• American Culinary Federation Competition: expert chefs put their skills on full display in a variety of cooking and pastry contests presented by the American Culinary Federation.

• Ferdinand Metz Foodservice Forum: industry leaders will provide several business lessons and talk about the latest trends and business practices.

• New Product Gallery: the latest products will be on display. Vote for the “Best in Show” and you have the opportunity to win an Exhibit Hall Shopping Spree!

• Ultimate Barista Challenge: watch professional baristas face compete as they prepare signature espresso beverages in front of a panel of judges.

There’s a lot more going on that I didn’t mention here – including a ton of forums and educational events covering all three days.
