Congratulations are in order for Chef Ansony Salmon, CWPC®.  Chef Salmon won a Bronze medal at the Taste of the Caribbean recently held at the Hyatt Regency in Miami, FL.  Ansony works at Peter Island Resort located in the beautiful British Virgin Islands.  Pat this man on the back.
