• MASTER-BILT: This refrigerated prep table from Master-Bilt features 12-pans, self-closing double doors, and a self-contained refrigeration system. Stainless steel exterior and an insulated top-lid. (see photo above)

• TRUE: This refrigerated prep table from TRUE features 12 pans and a 48″ cutting board. The front, top, and ends are constructed from stainless steel with an aluminum finished back. The refrigeration system includes a patented airflow system . Air from the evaporator is directed at the pans to insure that proper product temperatures are maintained.
