One Fat Frog Restaurant Equipment has a warehouse full of used equipment. As many are now aware, we are preparing to move into a larger warehouse facility, and while we will have more room to work and store items, we want to take as little over as possible. Among our very full warehouse, we have several used True prep tables in the TSSU line in the 60-inch and 72-inch sizes. Here is a list of the specs for these models with the one difference between the width of the units:

-Both models are constructed using stainless steel for their fronts, sides, and tops, and the backing is made from aluminum

-Each model has a white aluminum lining in the interior with stainless steel floors with the tops able to hold pans as deep as 8 inches

-Both sizes feature a refrigeration system with a 1/2 (1/3 in 60″ model) HP compressor and using R-134A refrigerant and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to keep the internal temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit

Among some of the more obvious differences (such as exact dimensions), there are other differences worth noting here. The TSSU-72 models will have space for six interior shelves easily accessed through three swinging doors while the TSSU-60 models will only have four that can be accessed through two swinging doors.

The great thing about True, as plainly seen here, is that they use the same quality construction and refrigeration in their units with the only difference between the size.
